Une sphère au chocolat noir que la pâtissière, Kimmy, agrémente selon ses envies comme une poire belle Hélène revisitée ou un tiramisu « parisien ». Une sauce au chocolat chaud corsé (Equateur) fait ensuite délicatement disparaitre la coque en chocolat pour faire place à la poire, la glace à la vanille ou la crème de mascarpone et la glace au café.
Un mélange de textures qui apportent croquant et fondant à ce dessert succulent ! une petit merveille d’ingéniosité.
